Exchanges

WE HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY IN ACTION.

In order to qualify for an exchange please ensure your product is returned in the original condition with the tags still attached, unworn and damages or marks. (Unless reason for exchange is item was damaged on arrival).

Before shipping an item back to us, please request an exchange authorisation request from our exchange department within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing silverbyprems@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for exchange.

Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your exchange of the original item back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. In a rare incident that the item has arrived with a fault, we will reimburse the returns delivery cost within 7-10 working days of informing us of the problem.
